摘要
在长输管线增压站的供电设计中,工艺后空冷器是增压站耗电大设备之一,人们常常直接想到要如何降低空冷器的功率问题,而忽略了降低空冷器功率引起的全线压缩机组总功率的增加。通过研究空冷器出口天然气温度与空冷器功率以及全线压缩机组总功率之间的关系,提出了控制空冷器出口天然气温度以达到提高输气能力和降低压缩机组总功率的综合节能思想。
In power supply design of long-distance pipeline compressor station,air aftercooler is one of major electricity users at the station.Decrease of air cooler power will result in increase of total power of all compressor units in the pipeline.Analyzed is relationship between air cooler outlet temperature,air aftercooler power and total power of the compressor unit in long-distance pipeline compressor station and such comprehensive energy saving concept is put forward as that air cooler outlet temperature shall be controlled to raise the gas compressor capacity and reduce its total power.
