摘要
女性发展是社会发展的一个重要组成部分,是构建和谐社会的基本要求。然而,在我国社会生活中,女性就业歧视问题仍普遍存在。经济原因、社会文化因素、女性自身认知及现行法律制度的缺陷是导致就业市场上性别歧视的重要原因。
Women' s development is an important component in social development and a basic requirement for constructing harmonious society. However, in our social life, discrimination for women' s employment still exists.Economic reasons, social and cultural factors, women' s self - consciousness and present law system deficiencies are main reasons for gender discrimination in employment.
