摘要
在某型导弹飞控系统测试技术中,运用了两种测试技术,一是在飞控系统的嵌入式计算机中设计了一套先进的机内测试(BIT)方法,增加了飞控系统的可测性;二是在ATE设备中设计了一套科学的测试流程,使飞控系统的测试全面完整;尤其是当BIT与ATE相结合时,形成了一种互动式的测试方法,对飞控系统的电气性能、惯导性能、控制性能等都进行了测试,使ATE的测试覆盖率大大提高。
In testing technique of a missile's flight control system, applying two kinds of testing technique. One is in embedded computer, designing an advance system of built-in-test(BIT), increase testability. The other is in ATE, designing a scientific test process, it makes test complete and thorough, especially when combining BIT with ATE, form an exchange test, and it can test in three functions:electrical properties, inertial navigation properties and control properties. Improve testing coverage of ATE system greatly.
