摘要
选矿流程模拟软件旨在实现各种选矿过程的模拟计算,以作为选矿过程设计与优化的强有力工具。首先给出选矿流程模拟模型;接着阐述了序贯模块法用于选矿流程模拟计算的自动解算方法,给出了基于可及矩阵法的系统分块方法,根据选矿流程拓扑结构特点,提出了基于有向图广度优先搜索的环路切割方法;说明了基于序贯模块法的流程模拟软件设计思路。采用设计的选矿流程模拟软件,模拟某有色冶炼企业选矿厂的磨矿分级过程,得到了与实际吻合的模拟计算结果,说明所设计软件能较好地模拟实际选矿流程。
The mineral processing simulation software aims to realize the simulation calculation of different ore dressing process and is a powerful tool for design and optimization of ore dressing process.In the paper,the simulation model of mineral processing is given,the automatic solving method of sequential modular approach for simulation calculation is described,the system partition method based on reachability matrix method is introduced,and then,according to process topological structure,the ring break method based on breadth-first searching of directed graph is proposed.The design idea of mineral processing simulation software based on sequential modular approach is described,which is applied to grinding-classification process in the ore dressing plant of some nonferrous smelting enterprises.The simulation results from the software are essentially in agreement with the measurement results,which verify the effectiveness of the software.
