This article according to Vocational and Technical College of Cangzhou produces study grinds the management mechanism practice teaching, the base construction, the scientific research production ＂the Trinity＂ the personnel training pattern, the strengthened vocational skill appraisal, skill training and the double certificate education in the personnel training pattern function, has indicated the vocational education development way that must be taken.
