摘要
中小企业是国民经济发展中的重要力量,支持中小企业的发展已经成为世界各国一致的政策选择。本文从历史的角度多方面分析了日本政府支持中小企业发展的政策体系和具体做法,并探讨了借鉴日本经验,促进我国中小企业发展的思路和建议。
As small and medium-sized enterprises constitute a major force in driving the national economy, almost all the countries around the world have chosen the policy of fostering their domestic small and medium-sized enterprises. After discussing the major policies and practices of the Japanese government for supporting its small and medium sized enterprises, this paper explores how we can use the Japanese experience for reference so as to find out our own ways and measures of developing the small and medium sized enterprises in China.
