摘要
[目的]测定青荚叶中多糖和矿物元素的含量,为开发青荚叶食品新资源提供理论依据。[方法]采用可见分光光度法测定了河南省卢氏县产青荚叶中多糖的含量,在380~550nm波长范围内扫描确定最大吸收波长。用原子吸收分光光度法测定了K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn和Cr9种常量、微量元素的含量。[结果]最大吸收波长为490nm;青荚叶中多糖含量为46.6671mg/g;青荚叶中含有丰富的矿物元素,其中含量较高的元素是Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn和Zn。[结论]青荚叶中含有丰富的矿物元素和多糖,具有广阔的开发利用价值。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to determine the content of the poiysaceharide and mineral elements Helwingia japonica leaves to provide the theoretical basis for exploring the new resource of Helwingiajaponica leaf food. [ Method] The content of the polysaccharide in Helwingia japonica ]eaves was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with scaning from 380 nm to 550 nm. And the contents of potassium (K), calcium(Ca), sodium(Na), magnesium(Mg), iron(Fe), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), manganese(Mn) and chromium(Cr) in Helwingia japonica leaves were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [ Result] The maximum absorption wavelength was 490 nm. The polysaccharide content in Helwingia japonica leaves was 46. 6671 mg/g. There were comparatively rich mineral elements, among which the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Zn were comparatively high in Helwingiajnponica Leaves. [ Conclusion] Helwingiajaponica leaves hold high nutritional value, and have vast prospects for development and applications.
