摘要
为了减少逆变电源输出电压的谐波含量,设计精度高、算法简单的触发脉冲系统是行之有效的措施之一。简要分析了等面积PWM控制策略的基本原理,讨论了逆变电源的双环控制策略。给出了逆变电源控制系统的单片机硬件实现方法,硬件设计中考虑了系统的欠电压、过电压和过电流保护。得到等面积PWM控制的逆变电源用单片机实现不仅能够满足一般工业对不间断电源的实际需求,而且等面积PWM法具有算法简单、占用内存少、产生的PWM波形对称等优点。
The design of triggering pulse system which is precision and has straightforward arithmetic is one of the methods to reduce the THD of Inverter Power Source output voltage. The basic principle of equivalent area is analyzed briefly and the double-loop control strategy of Inverter Power Source is discussed. The hardware realization methods based on MCU of Inverter Power Source control system is given and the protect circuit include low-voltage, over-voltage and over-current is designed in the hardware realization. It is not only the Inverter Power Source based on equivalent area PWM can meet the practice requirements of uninterrupted power supply in current industry, but also the equivalent area PWM method has the strongpoint such as straightforward arithmetic, less requirement of memory, and symmetry PWM wave etc.
