摘要
火灾物证鉴定是火灾调查中一种重要的技术手段和方法,对查明火灾原因发挥着重要的作用。针对火灾物证鉴定制度中存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议,以完善我国火灾物证鉴定制度。
Fire material evidence identification is an important means in fire investigation and it plays a significant function to find out fire causes. The paper analyzes problems with fire material evidence identification system and proposes practical suggestions in order to consummate fire material evidence identification system.
