摘要
通过主体材料 Sn O2 掺入多种掺杂剂对气敏特性影响的研究 ,得到了对氨气 ( NH3)敏感的材料的较佳配方 ,该敏感材料制作成的气敏传感器对氨气具有较高的灵敏度和较好的稳定性。
In this paper,the gas sensitive characteristics of doping SnO 2 was investigated.A good recipe of ammonia sensitive materials has been achieved. The gas sensor made by this sensitive materials had high sensitivity to ammonia gas and stability .
