摘要
研究了在 2 ms脉冲电流冲击下烧银电极的Zn O陶瓷线性电阻片的破坏模式、8/ 2 0μs标准脉冲电流冲击对表观电阻的影响规律、烧银电极的烧结温度和保温时间对表观电阻等的影响。测量了表观电阻与试样厚度的关系 ,进行了扫描电镜的能谱元素分析。研究结果表明 ,烧银电极与 Zn O线性电阻陶瓷体间的电接触是非欧姆接触 ,其非线性指数为 1.68。该非欧姆接触电阻是在烧银过程中银浆中的 Pb2 +离子沿晶界向瓷体内部扩散的结果 ,是 Zn O陶瓷线性电阻片非线性指数 α增大 ,表观电阻在 8/ 2 0 μs脉冲电流冲击后下降等现象的原因。
In this paper,the runaway mode of ZnO ceramic linear samples with fired on Ag paste electrodes under the stress of 2ms rectangular impulse current,the effects of the stress of 8/20μs standard impulse current, sintering temperature and fired on paste time on apprent resistance have been investigated. The relation between apparent resistance and thickness of the samples has been obtained. The distribution of element Pb in the ceramics near the interface between fired on Ag paste and ceramics has also been measured by SEM/EDX.It is obtained that the electrical contact between ZnO linear ceramics and fired on Ag paste is nonohmic contact with a nonlinear coefficient of 1.68. This nonohmic contact was cased by the diffusion of Pb component contained in glass frit of Ag paste along grainboundaries, which is the reason for the increase of nonlinear coefficient α and for the decrease of apparent resistance of samples after 8/20μs current impulse.
