摘要
目的探讨在急救护理学综合实训教学中应用客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)模式培养高职护生的可行性。方法整群抽取2004级五年制高职护理1班56名学生组成的自然班为观察组,护理2班46名学生组成的自然班为对照组,观察组采用OSCE模式,对照组采用传统教学法。结果技能成绩:观察组(80.45±8.89)分,对照组(75.93±12.29)分,t=2.14,P<0.05。理论成绩:观察组(83.00±3.51)分,对照组(76.00±5.45)分,t=2.41,P<0.05。观察组技能考试和理论成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组护生对采用OSCE方法的评价明显高于对照组对传统教学方法的评价,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSCE模式能够提高学生的综合素质,与现代护理教育模式相适应,可作为一种切实可行的教学模式运用于急救护理学教学中。
Objective To investigate application of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) mode in comprehensive experimental teaching of emergency nursing. Methods 56 students in advanced nursing class 1 were included in the observation group, and the 46 students in class 2 in the control group. OSCE was used in the observation group and the traditional method in the control group. Results Score for performance: the observation group (80.45±8.89), the control group (75.93±12.29), t=2.14,P〈0.05; score for theory: the observation group (83.00±3.51), the control group (76.00±5.45), t=2.41, P〈0.05. The two scores of the observation group were distinctly higher than those of the control group, with both differences being statistical significant. The students' evaluation of OSCE in the observation group was better than that of the traditional method in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion OSCE model, which conforms to the modem nursing teaching method, can be employed in emergency nursing as a feasible mode.
