核能海水淡化源蒸汽质量流量的测量与新的密度补偿式

摘要 本文采用汽液两相流均相流动的模型,分析了涡街流量计在核能海水淡化源蒸汽的质量流量测量中的适用性,并结合低压饱和蒸汽的热物理性质,论述了涡街流量计测量低压饱和蒸汽质量流量的误差与蒸汽干度之间的关系。给出了一个用于低压饱和蒸汽质量流量测量的变系数密度补偿式和该补偿式的特色。 This paper analyzes the applicability of measuring mass flow of low pressure saturated steam in nuclear seawater desalination with a vortex shedding flowmeter (VSF) by using the homogeneous flowing model of steam-liquid two-phase flow.It discusses the relationship between the error of measuring mass flow of low pressure saturated steam with a VSF and the steam dryness based on the thermal physical characteristics of the low pressure saturated steam.It also gives out a variable coefficient density compensation formula used for measurement of mass flow of the low pressure saturated steam,and the features of this formula.
