摘要
绿色的交通管理不仅在于控制每辆在用机动车的排气污染,还应通过宏观管理的方法和措施以及对车辆在道路上行驶的管理,合理、科学地组织交通,予绿色交通工具优先使用权,使机动车对交通环境的污染降低到最低水平。
The concept of green transportation not only means to control the exhaust emission, but also means to give the preferential right to green vehicles through macro management and rational and scientific management of transportation. In this way, it is possible to reduce pollution caused by automobiles to the lowest level.
