摘要
对课程进行实践性教学改革是高职教育改革的一种尝试。其中,酒店管理专业的调酒课程所采用的教、学、做、经营一体化教学模块是一种新的探索,是基于培养学生基础能力为起点,融创业体验为一体,提升就业与创业能力的一种新方式。
Vocational colleges are making attempts carrying out practice teaching reforms. Teachers of Tourism Management are trying to make teaching reform of the course of wine mixing, which is a teaching module with teaching, learning, doing-it-yourself, and doing business integrated. The reform is based on students' ability and integrate learning with enterprise education to improve students enterprising ability, thus, for the ultimate purpose of employment.
