摘要
本文介绍了经作者改进的一种新型高压容器端盖密封装置的基本结构原理和特点,并作了强度分析和设计计算。通过分析计算表明该结构承力合理、结构简单、紧凑、装拆方便,具有密封单独预紧和调节功能以及密封环介质自紧作用等特点。而且能适用于各种大、中、小型高压或超高压容器的端盖密封。
In this paper, the principles, strength analysis, and design method of a new type of sealing device of pressure vessels are presented. The results show that the device has compact structure, reasonable load-bearing, and the effects of and self-adjustment, as well as self-energized. It is suitable for enclosure sealing of high pressure vessels and super-pressure vessels of different size
