摘要
提出了面向并行工程下产品设计的CAPP工艺决策加工元模型,并讨论了基于该模型的零件加工工艺性分析问题。应用该模型,可以将工艺决策与产品设计有机结合,且符合工艺设计分阶段、分层次,从局部到全局,从主要到次要的渐进循环规律。
In this paper, a ME based process planning model for concurrent product design and process planning of mechanical parts is presented. The introduced model consists of three main process planning subactivities: MEs generation, clustering MEs and sequencing MEs. Based on the model, manufacturability analysis of mechanical parts is discussed in detail. Using this model, product design and process planning can be developed simultaneously rather than by traditional sequence.
