摘要
提出了电流可调的数字氘灯电源的实现方法。在理论基础上进行了深入的分析,探讨了起辉电路,精密恒流源,继电器控制电路设计中的关键技术。利用D/A芯片来控制灯丝电流大小,并利用HD7279芯片控制显示,可从数码管直接读取电流值;且利用AT89C52来控制起辉时间,所以起辉时间可控,起辉时间设计成5秒钟。实验测试结果表明,起辉时间与理论设计的一致;灯丝电流值在2~4安培可调;灯丝和阳极之间的电流实现了300毫安的恒流,稳定度达到了1%以内,并且对此系统的稳定性做了充分的研究。
A method to realize digital deuterium lamp power supply of adjustable current is presented. Analyses in theory, consisted key technology of glow starting circuit, precision constant current source, electric relay circuit. The D/A chip and HD7279 are used to control and display current of the heater current. The heater current can be read from the nixie tube. AT89C52 is used to control the glow starting time. So the glow starting time can be controlled. The test result shows, the glow starting time is the same as theory; the heater current can be adjusted from :2 to 4 ampere; the current between the heater and the positive pole is 300mA; stability is below 1%. The research of stability of the power supply system has done.
