摘要
确立了植物样品在650℃灰化、用王水溶解、聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫塑料分离富集金、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定植物样品中痕量金的方法。对植物样品的灰化温度和分解方法进行试验研究并优化仪器条件。该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速。该方法的检出限为0.29 ng/g,加标回收率为95%~105%,精密度试验表明其相对标准偏差分别为5.3%和7.4%。
A method for determination of trace gold in plan by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after pre-concentration with polyether-based polyurethane foam was described. The conditions for sample decomposition, temperature of ashing and atomization in GFAAS determination were optimized. The detection limit was 0.29 ng/g, and the recovery of standard addition was 95%~ 104%. The precision test showed that the relative standard deviation of the method were 5.3% and 7.4% respectively.
