摘要
我国劳务派遣机构数量庞大。许多劳务派遣机构缺乏资质、经营地位不明确、混业经营,损害派遣劳动者权益。《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣机构予以规范和限制,有利于劳务派遣的发展,保护了派遣劳动者合法权益。
There are a large number of labourer dispatch agencies in China. A lot of labourer dispatch agencies lack of qualifications, harm the rights and interests of dispatched labourer. Labor contract law regulates and restricts labour dispatch agencies which is beneficial for the development of labour dispatch, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of dispatched labourer.
