摘要
西部民族地区新农村建设是我国新农村建设进程中任务最艰巨,也是2020年实现全面小康面临的最大难题。建设西部新农村不仅是一个经济问题,也是关系民族团结、边疆安宁、社会和谐的政治问题。因此,针对西部民族地区农村实际,如何制定和落实切实可行的措施尽快改变落后面貌,实现共同繁荣,已成为学术界研究的重要课题。就西部民族地区新农村建设的必要性、意义、面临的困难、建设的主要策略四个方面进行综述,希望能对西部民族地区新农村建设的进一步深入研究,提供有益的参考和借鉴。
The most difficult task in the process of new rural construction is the job in the western minority areas, which is also the biggest problem to solve in the process of a full realization of a well-off society in 2020. The new rural construction in the western minority areas is not only an economic problem, but also a political one, which is about the relationship between national unity, tranquility in border areas and social harmony. So, according to the reality of the western minority areas, how to formulate and carry out practical measures to change the backward situation as soon as possible so as to achieve common prosperity has become an important topic in academic circles. The necessity, significance, the difficulties and the main strategies and so on will be summarized in this paper.
