工厂化鱼类养殖池监测系统的开发

摘要 水质参数监测是工厂化水产养殖的重要组成部分,是工厂化养殖向自动化、大规模、高产量和高质量发展的关键环节。针对我国工厂化养殖水质监测手段落后、自动化水平低的现状,研制了一套适合国情的在线多参数水质监测系统,可对水温、水位、酸碱度(PH值)、溶解氧含量4个水质参数进行连续在线监测。以一台PC工业控制计算机作为现场上位机,以多台单片机作为现场鱼池的下位机,一旦发生故障,养殖池发生环境变化,能够及时报警,从而实现了对养殖现场中鱼类生长的实时监控。实际应用结果表明,系统运行稳定、安全可靠,测量数据的精确度完全可以达到工厂化渔业生产的要求。 Water quality monitoring as an important part of fish culture is the key for fish culture in ponds towards automation, large-scale, high-yield and high-quality. In order to improve the backward method and the low automation level of our country's factory fish culture, an online multi-parameter water quality monitoring system was developed in the dissertation, which can continuously monitor such water quality parameters as temperature, PH, dissolved oxygen and the hight of water on line. The many single-chip microcomputers (SCM) were used as fishponds controlling computers, and one industrial control computer was used as field monitoring computer. The practical application results show that the system runs safely and stably, the precision of the data measured is accordant to agriculture industry.
