摘要
利用一对种间可杂交材料印度南瓜P1和中国南瓜P2,成功将中国南瓜丛生性状转入印度南瓜。初步分析表明,该丛生性状在印度南瓜中的形态表现和遗传规律与在中国南瓜中一样;它对印度南瓜的蔓生和半丛生性状呈完全显性关系。获得的丛生印度南瓜材料通过进一步研究和改良,可解决生产上存在的印度南瓜早熟、优质,但单产的问题,也可为丛生印度南瓜育种提供一条新途径。
The bush trait in Cucurbita moschata was successfully transferred to C. maxima by a pair of accessions,P1 (C. maxima. DUCH) and P2 (C. moschata. DUCH) ,which had the ability to make interspecific cross. The bush trait in C. maxima showed the same morphological characteristics and inheritance as that in C. moschata. DUCH. We also found that the bush gene derived from C. moschata appeared to be completely dominant to the semi-bush gene in C. maxima. These new bush C. maxima accessions may be helpful to solve the problems of early maturity and good quality but lower yield in bush pumpkin if continually improved.
