破碎顶板高预应力锚杆与桁架支护系统试验研究

摘要 天安一矿戊9-10-31020风巷埋深610-760 m,巷道顶板上方2.8-4.0 m为戊8煤层采空区。受戊8-31020工作面采动影响,戊9-10-31020风巷顶板十分破碎,锚杆支护困难。为实现戊9-10-31020风巷快速、安全、经济的掘进目标,采用数值分析方法研究了破碎顶板条件下高预应力锚杆与桁架支护系统的支护参数,试验监测结果证明,此支护系统可有效解决近距离煤层采空区下破碎顶板的巷道支护难题,具有很好的推广应用前景。 Tian'an Yikuang Coal Mine Shu9- 10 -31020 airway's depth of burial is 610 - 760 m, above drift roof 2.8 - 4.0 s is Shu8 goal. Influenced by mining of Shus -31020 face, Shu9 -10 -31020 airway become very broken and bolt shoring is difficult. To realized the aim of fleetnesses, safety and economy driving in Shu9 - 10 -31020 airway, we adopt numerical value analysis methodstudied the shor- ing parameter at high pre-stressing bolt and the truss shoring in the condition broken roof. The experiment monitor result certificated that this shoring system may resolved the difficult problem of shoring of broken roof at close distance coal seam goal, and have very good prospect.
