摘要
采用阴离子表面活性剂(表面活性剂OASE和快速渗透剂T)与非离子型的高分子表面活性剂(聚醚改性硅油)复配制备了亲水整理剂,并对聚丙烯非织造布进行整理。结果表明:亲水整理优化工艺条件为整理剂浓度2g/L;浸渍温度30℃;烘干温度95℃;烘干时间180 s。相对于未整理聚丙烯非织造布,整理聚丙烯非织造布的透水时间、抗静电和柔软性得到明显改善,静态水的接触角几乎为0,其它指标如白度和机械强度无负面影响。表明实验所配制的亲水整理剂可以作为聚丙烯非织造布亲水整理剂。
Hydrophilic finishing agent is prepared with anionic surfactant and non-ionic polymer surfactant. Polypropylene non-woven fabrics are treated with hydrophilic finishing agent. The research showed that the optimised conditions is 2 g/L hydrophilic finishing agent concentration, dipping temperature 30℃, drying temperature 95 ℃ and 180s drying time. Finally, strike through performance of hydrophilic finished polyprolene non-woven fabric is improved. And water static contact angles is 0 degree. Furthermore, no negative impact on the other performance. The result show that the prepared hydrophilic finishing agent can be considered as a hydrophilic finishing agent for polypropylene non-woven fabric.
