摘要
目的探讨颈动脉体瘤诊断与外科治疗。方法18例颈动脉体瘤全部由数字减影血管造影术(DSA)明确诊断,其中10例行血管外膜下剥离切除,5例行肿瘤并颈外动脉切除,3例行肿瘤并颈内、外动脉切除。结果18例手术患者无1例手术死亡,无手术并发症,随访至今无复发。结论DSA是诊断颈动脉体瘤的金标准,确诊后通过完善的术前检查、充分的术前准备、正确的术式选择手术治疗能获得很好疗效。
Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of carotid tumor. Methods All the 18 cases were diagnosised by digital subtraction angiography（DSA ）. The tumor was resected under carotid adventitial plane in 10 cases, with external carotid artery in 5cases,with internal carotid artery and external carotid artery at the same time in 3 cases. Results All cases were subjected to operation,no one died from operation. Follow up of the 18 patients revealed that no one died from tumor recurrenc or metastasis Conclusion DSA is the gold standard for the diagnosis of carotid body tumor. Consummate preoperative examination,sufficient preoperative preparation and correct operation procedure are the key points to improve the therapeutic effects of the disease.
