摘要
从贯彻落实科学发展观的高度出发,提出从五个方面构建大学和谐校园的理念,即硬环境建设与软环境建设的和谐、教师与学生之间的和谐、教师之间的和谐、学生之间的和谐和各级领导与师生之间的和谐。通过构建和谐校园,协调好改革、发展、稳定中的各种关系,调动各类人员的工作积极性、主动性、创造性,以此推动高校各项建设事业不断前进。
In order to carry out the national policy of the scientific outlook on development, this paper presents the idea of constructing harmonious campuses in university from five aspects ： the harmony of hardware environment construction with software environment construction, the harmony of teachers with students, the harmony among teachers, the harmony among students, and the harmony of teachers and students with the leaders of all the levels. By constructing the harmonious campuses, the relations among reforms, development and stability could be well coordinated, and the initiatives of all the staff members could be well stimulated so that universities could keep developing in an all-round way.
