污垢的形成及其对壳管式换热器设计的影响 被引量:5

Fouling formation and its impact on shell and tube type heat exchanger design

摘要 在壳管式换热器设计中,污垢系数通常作为一个固定值参与计算。但是,实际的污垢系数及污垢形成速度与流体的温度和速度有关。本文根据国内外学者的研究成果,简单地分析污垢的形成与流体的温度和速度的关系,介绍一种新颖的换热器设计方法——"包迹图"法,并用该方法分析污垢对壳管式换热器设计的影响,希望能够为壳管式换热器优化设计提供参考。 In the design of shell and tube type heat exchanger, fouling factor is fixed value for calculation. However, the actual fouling factor and the fouling formation is related to the temperature and velocity of fluid. According to the research achievements at home and abroad, analyzes the relation between fouling formation and the temperature and velocity of fluid briefly, introduces the design method of heat exchanger-envelope method, with which analyzes the impact of fouling on the design of shell and tube type heat exchanger, and hopes to supply the reference for the optimum design.
