摘要
本文以美国高等教育中的大学自治、学术自由为研究对象,从交易成本、风险规避、合约安排等三个方面,对美国大学自治、学术自由进行了经济学分析,指出自治、学术自由是降低大学与政府之间的交易成本、合理规避风险的最佳合约安排。
This article takes the American higher education in autonomy of university, the academic freedom as the object of study, from the transaction cost, the risk circumvention, the contract arrangement and so on three aspects, to American autonomy of university, the academic freedom has carried on the economic analysis, pointed out autonomy of university, the academic freedom is reduces between the university and governments transaction cost, the reasonable circumvention risk best contract arrangement.
