摘要
把发酵与硅橡胶膜渗透汽化相耦合构成膜生物反应器,可以产出乙醇平均质量分数为32%-35%的蒸汽状态乙醇粗产品,需要在下游进一步精制浓缩才能得到普通工业乙醇或无水燃料乙醇。基于前期大量实验室实验工作基础上,提出了膜生物反应器+真空精馏+分子筛变温变压吸附脱水工艺方案。
Membrane bioreactor, a system composed of fermentation and silicone rubber membrane pervaporation, could produce 32% - 35% (w/w) evaporative ethanol-watermixtures as crude product. Ordinary industrial ethanol or fuel ethanol could be further obtained by.refining and distillation in downstream processing. Based on lab experiments, the technical scheme of membrane bioreactor coupled with vacuum distillation and molecular sieve dewatering was put forward so that high-efficiency and cleaning production of industrial ethanol and fuel ethanol could be achieved.
