摘要
根据燃爆剂的化学反应过程,选取绝热燃烧温度和固体含量作为试验指标。利用正交试验设计,基于最小自由能原理对其进行了平衡态热力学计算。结果表明:C49H78O20/NaNO3/KClO4/Mg的质量比为18∶15∶55∶12时,其综合指标优于试验设计中的任何一种配比。
The adiabatic temperature and solid content are selected as experiment indicator based on the chemical reaction of combustion-explosion agent. Thermodynamic calculation of equilibrium state has proceeded based on the minimum free energy law through orthogonal experimental design. The calculation results show that the aggregative indicator on adiabatic temperature and solid content is the best when the mass ratio of C49H78O20 : NaNO3 : KClO4 : Mg is 18 : 15 : 55 : 12.
