提高拜耳法晶种分解率的途径分析

摘要 结合生产实际,分析造成种分分解率低的原因,提出了降低溶出液αk、减小精液αk与溶出液αk的差、适当提高分解槽固含、制定合理的温降制度、适当延长分解时间等提高分解率的有效途径。 The decomposition of crystal seed is one of the key processes in bayer production of alumina. The level of the decomposition rate was influenced by the economic benefits of enterprises directly. Considering the production practice and reasons for the low decomposition rate, some effective ways to raise the decomposition rate were proposed. Such as how to lower the αk content in digested liquor, and to reduce the gap between the αk of the refining solvent and the αk of the digestion liquor, and to increase the solid content in decomposition appropriately, also to develop a reasonable cooling system and to the extension of decomposition time etc.
