摘要
根据Tm3+离子的吸收光谱,计算了在氟锆酸盐玻璃中Tm3+的Judd-Ofelt参数和红外跃迁3F4→3H4,3H4→3H6和3F4→3H5的自发跃迁几率,研究了Tm3+的红外发射光谱和它的交叉弛豫过程,讨论了离子浓度对红外发光强度的影响,并计算了这些跃迁的发射截面.
In the work, we have calculated Judd Ofelt parameters and the spontaneous emission probabilities of the transitions 3F 4→ 3H 4, 3H 4→ 3H 6, and 3F 4→ 3H 5, according to the absorption of Tm 3+ in the fluorozirconate glass. The three infrared emission spectra of Tm 3+ and the cross relaxation have beem investigated. The effect of the Tm 3+ concentration on the infrared emission intensities has been discussed. The emission cross sections of those transitions have been evaluated.
