摘要
针对在恶劣环境下对设备参数进行采集、测试的实际情况,本文介绍了基于FPGA的多路数据采集测试系统设计。系统采用FPGA作为整个系统的控制芯片,实现对USB单片机控制、数据传输的控制和DA信号发生器的控制等。该系统还可以实现4路422串行数据同时上传给主控芯片FPGA。系统能够完成数据的采集、存储以及测试存储设备的可靠性。该系统目前成功应用于某记录器数据采集和测试。
According to the real situation of acquisition and measurement to equipment in the bad situation, a design of multiple channel measurement system based on FPGA is introduced in the paper. FPGA is used in the system as control core, which controls the USB core, the process of data transfer, and DA Converter at the same time. It also can carry out four channel of serial data transmitting to FPGA by RS-422. This system can realize data acquisition, data storage and measurement of the reliability to equipment. At present this measurement system has been applied to some recorder successfully.
