摘要
人手在受外伤或术后的功能恢复缺乏有效的理论支持和临床疗效的证明.根据现代循证医学和连续被动活动理论,采用医学和工学相结合的研究方法,提出了用于创伤手指功能恢复的伪主动式康复方法,该方法在手功能康复的过程中以融合了被动信息和主动信息的伪主动式信息为控制信号,同时具备主动康复和被动康复的优点从而提高疗效.在此基础上开发具有专科特色的人手运动信息库系统,可以进行大规模的病例收集分析,实现临床资料数据的共享,提高手创伤和术后恢复的有效性和相关研究的科学性.
There is no effective, clinically proven theory for the rehabilitation of injured human hands. A new meth- od-the Pseudo-Active Rehabilitation method--was developed based on Evidence-Based Medicine and the theory of Continuous Passive Motion. Using this method, pseudo-active information is the control signal which integrates pas- sive and information. When the rehabilitation process has the virtues of both active and passive rehabilitation, its curative effect can be improved. Based on this rehabilitation method, the Human Hand Motion Information Data- base (HHMID) was developed. This information database can be used to record mass clinical cases so that all this useful information can be shared to improve the quality of hand surgery, the results of rehabilitation, and the relia- bility of related research. It can also be used in many clinical processes including pre-surgery, recovery and statisti- cal analysis of results. Also, the ease records can serve as a resource for future applications.
