摘要
介绍一种智能化倾斜仪硬件和软件的研制方法。整个倾斜仪以单片机ADuC824作为中枢系统,配以SX-005D型传感器、A/D转换器等外围部件,可自动检测物体与标准水平面的倾斜。系统软件采用单片机C语言编写。通过解决硬件零点误差补偿和软件温度补偿等问题,提高了仪器的测试精度。
This paper introduces a portable digital inclinometer and its hardware and soft-ware design.The inclinometer can automatically test the gradient,namely angle between objects and the level surface,it uses the monolithic microcomputer(ADuC824) as its central system and equips the SX-005D sensor and the A/D exchange equipment etc as its peripheral components.The software of the system is written by SCM language C.The zero error compensating and the temperature compensating problem of the instrument are also successfully solved,therefore,the precision of instrument is improved.
