摘要
教师是提升网络教育质量的关键。本文基于网络教育实践,从教师缺乏专业认同等四个方面分析了网络教师面临的现实问题。笔者从网络教育机构管理者的视角,分析了当前制约教师网络教学能力的问题,对如何发展教师的网络教学能力提出了一些思路与实施策略。
One of the keys to improve e-learning lies on the teachers' capacity.Based on teaching practice,the paper discusses difficulties facing online teachers.From the manager's perspective of an online educational institution,the author analyzes the obstacles impeding teachers' capacity development and proposes some strategies to enhance their teaching competence.
