复合射孔器射孔后环空压力分布试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 提出了一种内置式复合射孔器地面测试方法,可对油田现场常用的1m复合射孔器进行压力-时间曲线(p-t曲线)测试。将内置式复合射孔器放置在加固的套管试验装置中,在内置式复合射孔器的第1发弹射孔孔眼、第16发弹射孔孔眼位径向90°位置安装压力传感器,环形空间注满清水后密封、起爆。试验结果表明,内置式复合射孔器产生的环空压力是不均匀的,第16发弹射孔孔眼位置的压力比第1发弹射孔孔眼位置高11%左右。可为复合射孔器评价、优化设计提供依据。 A ground test method for buih-in-type composite perforators is put forward to test one-meter perforators which are often used in the oilfields for pressure-time curve. A buih-in-type perforator is set in a cemented easing tester, and a pressure transducer is set at radial 90°of the 1st and 16th perforations. The annular space full of water is sealed and then the explosion is initiated. Test results show that the annulus pressure produced by built-in-type composite perforators is non-uniform. The pressure of the 16th perforation is 11% higher than that of the 1st. The study is useful for evaluating and optimizing composite perforators.
