摘要
宽带薪酬作为一种新型的薪酬设计方法,近年来受到企业界和理论界的关注。本文从宽带薪酬的内涵与优势特征出发,分析了宽带薪酬在新疆企业的适用性,进而提出了推行宽带薪酬模式需要注意的几个相关问题,为薪酬体制改革提供借鉴和参考。
The Broad band compensation has been known as the brand - new mode of payment system. This paper analyzes the contents and superior characteristics of the broad - band salary, and points out the application of the broad - band salary system and affirms it as a new system. The broad - band salary will play an active role, and offer a new view on the reform of Xinjiang enterprise compensation system.
