摘要
针对采用双径向旋流器的某单头部矩形燃烧室,通过实验研究旋流器及主燃孔进气量变化对燃烧室贫油熄火特性的影响,发现旋流器的进气量减少会使熄火油气比减小.其中,一级旋流器进气量减小一半可拓宽熄火边界约18%左右,对熄火油气比的影响最大.而主燃孔的进气量减少一半则会使熄火油气比增大约13.1%.不过,主燃孔以及两级旋流器的进气量同时减少一半,可能使燃烧室的熄火油气比进一步降低,从而获得更大的稳定工作范围.
An experimental research was conducted for the effect of flow split among swirlers and primary holes on the lean blowoff (LBO) limits of a single dome rectangular model combustor with dual-radial swirl cups. It's found that the decrease of air into the swirlers will improve the lean blowoff limits about 18%, and the air flowrate of the inner swirler has the greatest impact on the blow-out limits. Besides, the decrease of air into primary holes will increase the eombustor lean blowoff limits about 13.1%. If the air flux into both the swirl cups and primary holes was cut down, the blowout fuel-air ratio would be reduced further, helping to widen the stability limits of combustors.
