摘要
语言教学的专业性一度受到人们的质疑。在我国,英语是作为外语教学的。英语学科教师专业发展有极强的特殊性,这主要体现在知识基础、专业标准、学科基础和专业组织等4个方面。教师专业发展的途径主要有:革新学科和专业发展的本体认识,彰显教师教学经验及其主体意识,促发教师批判与反思意识,倡导教师行动研究。
Professionalism of language teaching was once much doubted. English teaching is foreign language teaching in China, so EFL teachers professional development has its own particularity. The content specialty of English teachers' professional development lies in its knowledge base, profession criteria, disciplinary base and professional organization. English teachers can achieve professional development in the following ways: reunderstanding the nature of the subject and professional development, emphasizing the value of teaching experience and wakening the subject consciousness, encouraging critical introspection and action research.
