东北白桦木材干燥的变色规律

摘要 基于东北白桦木材在人工干燥过程中易受温度和湿度条件的影响而产生黄变的特点,对东北白桦木材在不同温度、湿度条件下及不同干燥方式作用下的变色的规律进行了研究。结果表明:白桦木材变色受温度、湿度影响比较大。一般情况下,白桦木材的干燥在温度80℃、相对湿度70%以下变色相对较小,气蒸干燥更容易导致白桦木材发生变色。就干燥方式而言,微波干燥诱发的变色较小。 The changing regularity of discoloration of Betula plat)phylla wood with temperature and humidity was studied aiming at the characteristics of discoloration for B. platyphylla wood under different temperature and humidity conditions during artificial drying. Results showed that the discoloration of B. platyphylla wood was greatly affected by temperature and humid- ity. Generally, the slight discoloration of the wood was often found when temperature was no more than 80 degrees C and relative humidity below 70%, while the wood was easily discolored during high temperature steam. For different drying methods, the discoloration for the microwave drying was the slightest.
