小麦种质资源对纹枯病的抗性鉴定及利用 被引量:3

摘要 2005-2007年对参加黄淮南片和江苏省区域试验的小麦新品种(系)及征集的国内外新品种(系)共计1 629份材料进行了纹枯病抗性鉴定,结果表明不同小麦品种对纹枯病的抗性存在差异,同一品种在不同年份、不同地点的纹枯病病指也存在着一定差异。供鉴定的材料中未发现免疫或高抗品种,但有部分品种如034573、驻98010-115、京03-4321、GUADALVPE等抗性较好,两年病指均低于30%,且年际间抗性表现稳定,可作为抗病亲本加以利用。 Total 1629 wheat materials, which included the wheat cultivars (lines) that attended to south of Huang-huai wheat region and Jiangsu Province trials and some wheat cultivars (lines) that were collected from home and abroad in 2005--2007, were arranged for evaluation of their resistance to sharp eyespot. The results indicated that there were significant differences in disease incident among the tested varieties (lines). And the disease index to sharp eyespot of the same variety (line) could be significant differences in different regions or years. There was not immune and highly-resistant variety (line), only some varieties (lines) showed middle-resistance, such as 034573, Zhu 98010-- 115, Jing 03--4321, GUADALVPE and so on. The disease index to sharp eyespot of middle-resistant varieties (lines) were less than 30% in 2005--2007, and their resistance to sharp eyespot also were stable. So the middle-resistant varieties (lines) are recommended as resistant parents in breeding.
