摘要
本文界定了企业社会责任概念,探讨了企业社会责任管理的动因、模式与绩效,提出了一个企业社会责任管理整合框架。其中,动因反映了来自社会控制的压力以及企业自身的认识和推动;模式包括配置环境扫描系统、开展社会责任沟通、采取战略行动、内部协调与外部合作,以及应对管理挑战5个基本方面;企业绩效则反映了企业社会责任管理的结果。
In this paper, Corporate Social Responsibility is defined, the driving forces, mode and performance of managing Corporate Social Responsibility are treated, and an integrative framework is derived. It shows that the driving forces are from social control as well as corporate recognition and promotion; the mode consists of the following five aspects of installed environment--scanning system, communication of social responsibility, coordination internally and cooperation externally as well as coping with management challenges and the performance is the outcomes of managing corporate social responsibility.
