摘要
目的:用气相色谱法分别对10批湖北恩施中药材规范化种植基地(GAP示范基地)的姜厚朴饮片进行分析,同时对生姜汁、厚朴饮片进样比较,建立湖北GAP示范基地的姜厚朴饮片气相色谱特征图谱的共有模式。方法:用气相色谱法分别对10批次姜厚朴饮片、净厚朴饮片、生姜汁进样分析。结果:经比较发现,GAP产地的姜厚朴饮片有13个共有峰,共有峰的重叠率为100%,分离效果佳,其有效活性成分含量明显高于厚朴饮片。结论:此方法准确,操作简单,能快速有效鉴别姜厚朴饮片,建议将其作为姜厚朴饮片的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To analyse 10 batches of Jiang Magnolia Puerariae of Hubei Enshi GAP demonstration base, to make comparison of the ginger juice and Magnolia Puerariae processed slices, and to establish the specific chromatogram for the slices produced in the base. METHODS The analysis was conducted by GC.RESULTS 13 common peaks were identified, peaks were well separated, the content of effective components was higher than the slices of Magnolia Puerariae. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and sensitive for identifying Jiang Magnolia Puerariae, might be used for quality control.
