摘要
大黄素于90℃水浴加热72h,其降解产物经GC/MS分析,可检出烷烃等50多种分解产物,推断该分解反应与大黄素在水中发挥醌类递氢体作用,催化自身氧化还原反应有关.
After emodin was heated for 72h in a water bath of 90℃,more than 50 kinds of components such as alkalines etc were detected from its decomposition products by GC/MS.The mechanism of the decomposition was discussed.
