摘要
在分析套管钻井技术存在钻头单井成井率难点的基础上,简要介绍了339.7、273.1 mm表层套管钻井钻头(镶齿固定式和延展胀开式钻鞋)、244.5 mm技术套管钻井钻头(铰接胀开式钻鞋镶齿固定式和延展胀开式钻鞋)和177.8 mm油层套管钻井钻头(钢体PDC钻头)的结构、原理、技术特点和技术参数。详细叙述了339.7、273.1 mm表层套管钻井钻头和177.8mm油层套管钻井钻头的单元试验和现场试验情况。结果表明,大庆油田研制的套管钻井专用钻头可以满足现场应用要求。
In this paper, well eompletion rate of single well for bit was analyzed in casing drilling technology. The structure, principle, technical characteristics and parameters of various bits were introduced, such as drilling bits of surface casing, intermediate casing and production casing. The bit of surface casing about Ф339.7mm and Ф273, hnm was fit by the carbide tooth and the drilling shoes were expanded to open. The bit of intermediate casing about Ф244.5mm was fit by the carbide tooth joint with a hinge and the drilling shoes were expanded to open. The bit of production casing about Ф177.8mm was steel byPDC. The bit of surface casing about Ф339.7mm and Ф273.1mm and the bit of production casing about Ф177.8mm were described about unit tests and field trials in detail. As a result, this special bit in casing drilling had the ability to apply in the Daqing Oilfield.
