摘要 基于Nurick的一维模型对柴油机喷嘴内空穴现象的产生进行了描述并运用不可压缩流体的伯努利方程对喷嘴内流体进行了理论分析。研究表明,空穴数是影响空穴最为重要的参数,雷诺数与空穴无关,任何影响空穴数的因素也就意味着影响空穴。空穴现象对喷孔内部液流特性有着很大的影响,随着空穴形态的演变,喷嘴的流量系数以及喷孔出口速度都呈现出不同的变化趋势。空穴现象增大了流体喷束的喷雾锥角,是影响液体喷束雾化的重要因素。 Describing the formation of cavitation is based on Nurick's One-dimensional model.The modeling approach uses Bernoulli's equation of the fluid to analysis the internal flow.There are many contributing causes to cavitation ,among which the cavitation number is the most important parameter,any factor impacting cavitation number means that may affect cavitation. Cavitation has a great impact on internal flow.when cavitation pattern varies,the discharge coefficient and outlet velocity show different trends.The cavitation produces an increase in the spray angle,that is an important factor affecting spray characteristics.
