摘要
针对扬谷器在物料输送过程中转速过高、堵塞等问题,设计了一种新型结构的扬谷器,并将其应用于小型谷物联合收割机的旋风分离清选系统。通过二次通用旋转组合试验,得到了该清选系统的最优运动参数。清选系统对物料的适应性试验表明,系统取得了不错的使用效果,具有更强的适应性。
In the process of transporting material,the rotational speed of the winnower is high and the material always obstructs the winnower.In order to solve these problems,a new structure winnower has been designed.The effect is very good when the new structure winnower is applied in the cyclone separating cleaning system of micro-combine harvesting. We obtained the optimal movement parameters of this cleaning system by quadratic universal rotary assembly experiment. The material adaptability experiment on the optimized cleaning system indicated that the material condition adaptability of this cleaning system was strengthened greatly.
