摘要
对于沉管法施工的隧道,混凝土管段裂缝控制是一个关系到隧道安全性、耐久性、水密性的重要课题。结合工程特点,通过试验来选择材料及最优的混凝土配比,采取及时有效的养护措施可保证混凝土质量;埋设冷却系统可有效减少水化热,并可以加大混凝土早期的温降幅度,以减少混凝土裂缝产生的机率;环境温度对混凝土表面温度、升降温速率有着重要的影响,大气温度变化混凝土温度也明显波动;养护工艺对混凝土的温峰、升降温速率影响显著。
Cracks control technology is an important issue concerned with tunnel safety, watertightness and durability for concrete tube section production. Considering the features of the project, best materials and concrete mix were selected on the basis of tests. Effective curing measures were adopted timely to guarantee the quality of concrete. Cooling system was embedded which will effectively reduce the heat of hydration and increase the rate of temperature drop in the easrly stage of concrete to diminish the posibility of cracks forming. Ambient temperature was careforely controlled which will have important influence on concrete surface temperature and the rate of temperature change in conctrete. Concrete temperature will change obviously with atmospheric temperature change and will depend on the curing technology, these were also taken care of.
